You have to read out terms & conditions to unsubscribe
**PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.** OR DO NOT. WE HAVE PROVIDED THEM IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL THAT YOU CANNOT REASONABLY CLAIM WE DID NOT INFORM YOU OF SOMETHING, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ACTUALLY READ ANY OF IT.
Thank you for using TBE (hereinafter referred to as "TBE," "the Company," "Us," "We," or "the Organization That Has Somehow Become Responsible for Your Inbox"). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, clicking a button, hovering over a button, or otherwise demonstrating even the slightest awareness of our existence, you acknowledge that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with TBE.
Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you are welcome to discontinue your use of our services immediately. Please note, however, that discontinuing your use of our services does not necessarily mean that we will discontinue our services to you.
We appreciate your understanding.
Or, more accurately, we expect it.

## SECTION I. DEFINITIONS AND OTHER UNNECESSARY CLARIFICATIONS
For the avoidance of doubt, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, because using ordinary language would apparently be too convenient.
**1.1. "User"** refers to any individual who interacts with TBE in any capacity, including but not limited to customers, prospective customers, former customers, accidental visitors, individuals who clicked a link by mistake, and individuals who have repeatedly expressed a desire to be left alone.
**1.2. "Subscription"** refers to any recurring financial arrangement established between the User and TBE, whether knowingly initiated, inadvertently activated, bundled with another service, or discovered only after reviewing a bank statement with an appropriate degree of alarm.
**1.3. "Promotional Communications"** refers to all emails, text messages, push notifications, pop-ups, banners, alerts, reminders, announcements, and other communications that TBE determines you need to receive. The User's personal assessment of whether such communications are necessary shall not be considered particularly relevant to our marketing strategy.
**1.4. "Reasonable Frequency"** shall mean whatever frequency TBE determines is necessary to maintain brand awareness, increase engagement, and ensure that our name remains firmly lodged in the User's consciousness.
**1.5. "Unsubscribe"** refers to the User's attempt to reduce the volume of Promotional Communications received from TBE. This action shall not be interpreted as a request to terminate every possible category of communication, particularly those categories that were introduced after the User's original unsubscribe request.
**1.6. "Free Trial"** refers to a limited introductory period during which the User may experience certain TBE services before transitioning to a paid subscription, subject to eligibility requirements, billing conditions, cancellation procedures, and other delightful surprises disclosed elsewhere in these Terms.
**1.7. "We Have Already Told You"** refers to the Company's preferred response when a User expresses surprise regarding a charge, notification, policy, or other consequence described somewhere within this document.

## SECTION II. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND THE PRIVILEGE OF PARTICIPATION
**2.1. Account Creation.** Users may be required to create an account to access certain TBE services. This process may involve providing an email address, creating a password, confirming your identity, agreeing to our Terms, acknowledging our Privacy Policy, and completing any additional steps we determine appropriate.
We recognize that this may seem like an excessive amount of effort to access a relatively ordinary service. Nevertheless, TBE believes that even the simplest user experience benefits from a few additional screens.
**2.2. Accuracy of Information.** Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to TBE remains accurate, complete, current, and otherwise satisfactory to the Company. Should your email address change, please update it promptly. We would hate for our carefully prepared marketing communications to reach an audience that has not explicitly requested them.
**2.3. Account Security.** Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. TBE shall not be responsible for unauthorized account activity resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate security, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
**2.4. Multiple Accounts.** TBE reserves the right to limit, restrict, suspend, or consolidate accounts at its discretion. Users who create additional accounts in an attempt to avoid promotional communications, subscription limits, or other TBE policies may discover that our systems are considerably more persistent than anticipated.
**2.5. Account Termination.** Users may request account termination through the procedures designated by TBE. Such termination may require confirmation, verification, acknowledgment of consequences, and additional confirmation that you genuinely wish to proceed. If you wish to actually unsubscribe, you can click here to make ensure the request is put through.
We understand that you have already indicated your preference. We simply believe that important decisions deserve to be reconsidered at least twice.
---
## SECTION III. SUBSCRIPTIONS, RECURRING PAYMENTS, AND OUR ENDURING FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP
**3.1. General Subscription Policy.** Certain TBE services are offered through recurring subscription plans. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the pricing, billing frequency, and payment conditions presented during enrollment.
TBE believes that predictable recurring revenue is an excellent business model. We trust that you will come to appreciate its predictability as well, particularly when reviewing your monthly expenses.
**3.2. Subscription Tiers.** TBE may offer multiple subscription tiers, including Basic, Standard, Premium, Premium Plus, Premium Plus Advanced, Premium Plus Advanced Select, and other tiers whose distinctions may become increasingly difficult to explain.
Each tier may provide different features, privileges, restrictions, and opportunities to pay additional fees for functionalities that Users previously assumed were included.
TBE reserves the right to introduce new tiers, modify existing tiers, rename existing tiers, or redistribute features among tiers, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
**3.3. Automatic Renewal.** Unless otherwise stated at enrollment or required by applicable law, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. The User authorizes TBE to charge the designated payment method for the applicable renewal amount.
The fact that a User has not recently accessed, remembered, appreciated, or derived meaningful value from a service shall not, by itself, terminate an active subscription.
After all, a subscription is a financial arrangement, not a friendship. It does not require regular interaction to continue.
**3.4. Price Adjustments.** TBE reserves the right to adjust subscription prices, introduce additional fees, or modify the commercial structure of its services, subject to applicable law and any required advance notice.
Where permitted, continued use of the service following the effective date of a price adjustment may constitute acceptance of the revised pricing.
We appreciate that nobody enjoys paying more for the same thing. However, TBE believes that the market is an ever-changing environment, and your bank account should be prepared to evolve accordingly.
**3.5. Free Trials.** Free trials may be offered to eligible Users for a limited period. Unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise, a free trial may convert automatically into a paid subscription when the trial period expires.
Users are responsible for reviewing the trial's duration, conversion terms, billing date, and cancellation requirements before enrollment.
TBE recommends that Users maintain a personal calendar, set multiple reminders, and perhaps inform a trusted friend of the upcoming billing date. We would not want an otherwise pleasant trial to conclude with an unpleasant discovery.
**3.6. Failed Payments.** If a payment cannot be processed, TBE may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, restrict access to certain features, or suspend the subscription, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant payment arrangement.
A failed payment does not necessarily eliminate amounts already owed.
**3.7. Refunds.** Refund eligibility shall be determined according to the applicable refund policy and applicable law. Unless a refund is required by law or expressly provided under the relevant offer, subscription fees may be nonrefundable.
Users are encouraged to review the applicable terms before completing a purchase. We believe informed decisions are important, particularly when those decisions involve recurring charges.
**3.8. Cancellation.** Users may cancel eligible subscriptions through the cancellation procedure provided by TBE. Cancellation may require the User to navigate to the appropriate account settings, locate the relevant subscription, select the applicable cancellation option, review the consequences, and complete any required confirmation steps.
Where applicable, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access may continue until that date.
TBE strongly encourages Users to follow the instructions carefully. If the cancellation option appears difficult to locate, we recommend remaining calm and exploring the account interface thoroughly.
It is almost certainly there somewhere.
**3.9. Subscription Reinstatement.** TBE may offer Users the opportunity to reactivate canceled subscriptions, restore previously available benefits, or resume services that the User has already decided to discontinue.
Such offers may be delivered through email, account notifications, promotional banners, or other communication channels.
Your decision to leave is respected. Our decision to ask whether you are sure is equally persistent.
**3.10. Additional Services.** TBE may introduce optional add-ons, premium features, supplementary packages, and other paid enhancements. Such offerings may be presented to Users who have already purchased a subscription, because we believe that a completed transaction should not prevent the possibility of another transaction.

## SECTION IV. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND OUR UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO YOUR INBOX
**4.1. General Communications Policy.** By providing contact information to TBE, Users may receive service announcements, promotional messages, product updates, special offers, newsletters, reminders, surveys, event invitations, and other communications permitted by applicable law and the User's communication preferences.
TBE understands that Users have inboxes containing messages from employers, friends, family members, service providers, and other individuals with whom they may actually wish to communicate.
Nevertheless, TBE believes there is always room for one more email.
**4.2. Frequency of Emails.** Promotional communications may be sent at varying intervals, including daily, multiple times per week, during promotional campaigns, around product launches, and whenever TBE identifies a commercially relevant opportunity.
The absence of a recent purchase shall not necessarily reduce the frequency of communications. Indeed, a lack of recent purchases may be interpreted as an opportunity to remind Users of our products with renewed enthusiasm.
**4.3. Subject Lines.** TBE may use attention-grabbing subject lines intended to increase the likelihood that Users open our emails. Examples may include:
- "You Won't Want to Miss This."
- "A Special Offer Just for You."
- "We've Been Thinking About You."
- "Your Account Deserves an Upgrade."
- "One Last Reminder."
- "Actually, One More Thing."
- "We Noticed You Haven't Responded."
- "FINAL NOTICE: This Is Not the Final Notice."
- "You Could Have Saved Money If You Had Opened Our Previous Email."
- "We Respect Your Inbox. Please See Our Previous 14 Messages."
Subject lines shall not be interpreted as guarantees of exclusivity, urgency, or material benefit unless expressly stated and supported by the applicable offer.
**4.4. Personalization.** TBE may personalize communications based on information available to us, such as account activity, subscription status, stated preferences, and interactions with our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A message beginning with "We noticed you haven't been around lately" should not be interpreted as evidence that TBE has developed a personal interest in your well-being. It may simply indicate that our engagement systems have identified an opportunity to increase engagement.
We trust this distinction is clear.
**4.5. Unsubscribe Requests.** Users may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication, subject to applicable law.
Upon receiving and processing a valid request, TBE will cease sending the categories of marketing communications covered by that request within the legally required timeframe.
Please note that certain nonmarketing communications may continue where permitted or required, including transactional messages, security alerts, billing notices, and communications relating to active services.
TBE encourages Users to distinguish between promotional messages and essential account communications. We recognize that this distinction may be difficult when both categories arrive with equal enthusiasm.
**4.6. Multiple Mailing Lists.** TBE may maintain separate communication lists for different products, services, business units, events, or promotional programs. An unsubscribe request may apply only to the specific category of communications identified by the applicable preference setting or request.
Users who wish to modify multiple preferences may need to review their communication settings accordingly.
We appreciate that managing multiple preferences is inconvenient. Fortunately, we have provided multiple preferences for you to manage.
**4.7. Marketing Reengagement.** Where permitted by law and consistent with applicable preferences, TBE may send reminders to Users who have not recently engaged with our services.
Such reminders may include special offers, subscription recommendations, feature announcements, or messages asking whether the User has forgotten about TBE.
The possibility that the User has deliberately chosen to disengage will be considered alongside other available information.
**4.8. Email Delivery.** TBE cannot guarantee that every message will arrive in the inbox rather than a spam folder, promotional tab, or other email classification. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and reviewing relevant communication settings.
Should our messages be automatically filtered, Users may adjust their email settings if they wish to receive them.
We would never suggest that you reorganize your inbox around us.
We simply note that doing so remains an option.
---
## SECTION V. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, ALERTS, AND OTHER INTERRUPTIONS
**5.1. Notification Services.** TBE may deliver push notifications, in-app alerts, account reminders, service announcements, promotional messages, and other notices through supported devices and platforms, subject to applicable permissions and law.
These communications may relate to subscription renewals, upcoming billing dates, new features, limited-time offers, account activity, product recommendations, and other matters TBE considers relevant.
**5.2. Notification Frequency.** Notification frequency may vary depending on account settings, device permissions, subscription status, promotional activity, and other operational factors.
Users may receive several notifications within a relatively short period where multiple events, reminders, or campaigns occur simultaneously.
TBE acknowledges that a device may produce sounds, vibrations, banners, badges, and other visual or audible indicators when notifications are delivered.
We consider these indicators to be useful reminders that your relationship with TBE remains active.
**5.3. Notification Timing.** Where permitted, notifications may be delivered at times determined by system availability, campaign scheduling, or the nature of the communication.
TBE will make legally required efforts to respect applicable communication preferences and restrictions.
Users who find notifications distracting may adjust their device settings, disable specific notification categories, or revoke notification permissions.
**5.4. Notification Badges.** TBE may display numerical badges or indicators suggesting that unread information is available. Such indicators may remain visible until the relevant information is reviewed, dismissed, or otherwise processed by the system.
Users are advised not to assume that a notification badge necessarily represents a matter of genuine urgency.
It may simply mean that we have something else to tell you.
**5.5. Reminders About Unopened Messages.** TBE may issue reminders concerning unread messages, incomplete actions, available offers, pending account tasks, or other interactions, where permitted.
A notification reminding you to review an earlier notification may be considered a separate notification for administrative purposes.
We recognize that this approach may seem repetitive. Repetition, however, is a well-established method of ensuring that information receives attention.
**5.6. Notification Preferences.** Users may modify available notification settings through the designated account interface or device settings. Changes may not take effect immediately across every supported platform.
Certain notifications may continue where permitted or required to provide essential service, security, or billing information.
**5.7. The Right to Silence.** Users retain control over device-level notification permissions, subject to the capabilities of their devices and the requirements of the applicable service.
TBE encourages Users to exercise this control thoughtfully.
After all, silence is an option. It is simply not our preferred form of engagement.
---
## SECTION VI. DATA, PREFERENCES, AND THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE ALREADY GIVEN US
**6.1. Information Collection.** TBE may collect and process information as described in its Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law. Such information may include account details, subscription information, communication preferences, service interactions, and technical data associated with the use of our services.
**6.2. Preference Management.** Users may be able to manage certain account settings and communication preferences through available tools. The availability of specific controls may vary by service, platform, and jurisdiction.
**6.3. Marketing Preferences.** TBE will handle marketing preferences in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. Users should review available preference controls to determine which categories of communications they have enabled.
**6.4. Data Accuracy.** Users are responsible for providing accurate information where necessary to establish and maintain an account. TBE may request updates or verification where appropriate.
**6.5. Privacy Policy.** These Terms should be read alongside the TBE Privacy Policy, which describes relevant information-handling practices in greater detail.
Users are strongly encouraged to review both documents.
We understand that reading two lengthy documents may seem excessive. However, if you are going to complain about a policy, we would prefer that you have read the policy first.
**6.6. No Assumption of Unlimited Permission.** Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting TBE permission to process information in a manner prohibited by applicable law or inconsistent with legally required consent and privacy protections.
We may be irritating. We are not, for that reason alone, exempt from the law.
---
## SECTION VII. MODIFICATIONS, UPDATES, AND OUR RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR MINDS
**7.1. Amendments.** TBE may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, business practices, legal obligations, or other relevant circumstances.
**7.2. Notification of Changes.** Where required by applicable law or the relevant agreement, TBE will provide notice of material changes through appropriate channels and obtain any required consent.
For other changes, an updated version may be made available through our website or service.
**7.3. Continued Use.** Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of the relevant services after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users who disagree with revised Terms may discontinue the affected services, subject to any outstanding contractual obligations and applicable law.
**7.4. Version History.** TBE may maintain a record of previous versions of these Terms. The version applicable to a particular User or transaction may depend on the relevant service, agreement, jurisdiction, and effective date.
**7.5. Editorial Changes.** TBE may make grammatical corrections, formatting adjustments, clarifications, and other editorial modifications without necessarily changing the substantive meaning of these Terms.
We reserve the right to improve the wording of our policies, even when the policies themselves remain as inconvenient as ever.
---
## SECTION VIII. USER CONDUCT AND THE EXPECTATION OF REASONABLE COOPERATION
**8.1. Acceptable Use.** Users agree to use TBE services lawfully and in accordance with applicable policies. Users must not interfere with the operation or security of our systems, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or services.
**8.2. Abusive Conduct.** TBE does not permit threats, harassment, or abusive conduct directed toward our employees, contractors, or representatives.
Users experiencing difficulties with subscriptions, billing, communications, or account access are encouraged to contact our support team through designated channels.
We understand that frustration can arise when a process takes longer than expected. We nevertheless ask that Users express such frustration constructively, rather than in the form of an email written entirely in capital letters.
**8.3. Repeated Inquiries.** TBE may consolidate substantially similar support requests where appropriate, provided that doing so does not improperly prevent Users from exercising their rights or obtaining assistance.
Users are encouraged to include relevant account details and a clear description of the issue in their initial request.
A well-organized complaint is considerably easier to process than six separate messages asking the same question.
**8.4. Circumvention.** Users must not attempt to bypass lawful access restrictions, subscription requirements, or security controls. TBE may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
**8.5. Feedback.** Suggestions, comments, complaints, and other feedback may be reviewed by TBE for service improvement. Any rights relating to submitted feedback shall be governed by the applicable terms and law.
We welcome feedback.
We cannot guarantee that your feedback will alter our policies, particularly if the feedback consists primarily of requests that we send fewer emails.
---
## SECTION IX. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE ART OF WAITING PATIENTLY
**9.1. Support Availability.** TBE may provide customer support through email, online forms, chat interfaces, help centers, or other designated channels. Availability and response times may vary depending on staffing, service demand, issue complexity, and other factors.
**9.2. Response Times.** Any stated response time represents an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. TBE will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in an appropriate timeframe.
Users are discouraged from submitting duplicate requests solely because an earlier request has not yet received a response.
We assure you that your inquiry has not necessarily been forgotten. It may simply be progressing through our carefully structured system of administrative consideration.
**9.3. Billing Disputes.** Users who believe a charge is incorrect should contact TBE through the applicable support channel and provide relevant information, such as the transaction date, amount, and subscription involved.
TBE may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
**9.4. Cancellation Assistance.** Where Users encounter difficulties canceling a subscription, they may contact support for assistance through the available channels. TBE will handle such requests in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and legal requirements.
**9.5. Escalations.** Certain matters may be escalated for additional review. Escalation does not guarantee a particular outcome, but it may provide an opportunity for further consideration.
We appreciate your patience.
We also appreciate that patience is considerably easier to request than to practice.
---
## SECTION X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND OTHER MATTERS WE WOULD PREFER NOT TO DISCUSS
**10.1. Service Availability.** TBE will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless expressly required by an applicable agreement or law.
**10.2. Third-Party Services.** Certain features may depend on third-party platforms, payment processors, communication providers, or other external services. TBE's responsibility for such services shall be determined by the applicable agreements and law.
**10.3. Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TBE's liability shall be limited as provided in the applicable agreement and relevant legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
**10.4. Indirect Losses.** Any limitation relating to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant agreement.
**10.5. Statutory Rights.** Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer protection rights.
We recognize that Users may occasionally discover that the law affords them protections that these Terms cannot remove. We accept this development with the professionalism expected of a company that has employed several people to write a document explaining why it should not be held responsible for everything.
---
## SECTION XI. DISPUTES, COMPLAINTS, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF READING THE FINE PRINT
**11.1. Informal Resolution.** Where appropriate, TBE encourages Users to contact customer support to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing other available remedies.
**11.2. Applicable Law.** These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the relevant User, transaction, or service, subject to mandatory legal protections.
**11.3. Dispute Procedures.** Any mediation, arbitration, court proceedings, or other dispute-resolution requirements shall apply only where validly established by the relevant agreement and enforceable under applicable law.
**11.4. Severability.** If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
**11.5. No Waiver.** Failure by TBE to enforce a provision on one occasion shall not necessarily constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future, subject to applicable law.
**11.6. Entire Agreement.** These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific terms, policies, and agreements, constitute the agreement governing the relevant services to the extent specified therein.
Users are advised to review all applicable documents before entering into a transaction.
We realize that this recommendation is beginning to sound repetitive.
That is because it is important.
And because we would like you to keep reading.
